What is the best way to move a car from west coast to east coast?

I have a small budget, and would rather use some type of transport system rather than rack up miles, time, and gas expense on the vehicle. It is a Mazda Tribute – a small SUV.
The cheapest way is to drive it. It is only 3,000 miles which is minor. All those miles are good for your vehicle also.
Driving yourself will take 3 days and cost you about 360 dollars for fuel.
A transport will cost about 1500 dollars and will take a week. Now you will need to buy a train or plane ticket to move yourself which is more cash out of your pocket.

i would say if you are moving there you could fill your car with stuff ie clothes and anything you are not in a rush for then google for car transporters in the usa i had a car transported this way from california to arizona and it only cost $380 which is cheap when you think the price of gas to drive it anyway hope this helps they do door to door service fully insured

A friend of mine shipped his car from Ontario to Vancouver by train. He said that it was very reasonable.
