Two months ahead of time I have re-issued the album, "Blind Horse." This re-issue contains two bonus tracks and is also now available directly from this site on the "Music" page.
You will notice that the "Music" page no longer has my iTunes albums viewable there as I am so underwhelmed by the company that I see no need for them. I doubt very much that they will miss me or, indeed, that I have ever been there at all. I have taken to writing blogs on the music 'game' of late, all of which can be found by clicking here.
The blogs are purely my opinion of the apparent constipated shambles of music on the internet that has pretty-well been inevitable. My entries are
slowly gaining momentum, not so much on-site but moreso on Facebook. Please feel free to have a read & leave a comment if you have the time or interest.
The other chang that I have made to the "Music" page is to add a new widget which now allows me to distribute physical CDs, something people have been enquiring about for quite some time. I'm happy to inform you that the "Blind Horse" re-issue, "Catharsis" and "Bullet" can all be purchased as physical CDs or as downloads, depending on your preference.

I'm pleased to announce that my latest album "Catharsis" has been released & I am pleased to announce this here first for several reasons.
"Catharsis" is the most personal album that I have written which I think will make the tracks ea
sier to relate to for listeners as most of the subjects & situations covered in the album relate to us all in varying degrees.
The album can be downloaded from the "Music" page here without the inconvenience of being sent to other websites where flashy advertisements & new devices seem to take pride of place over actual musical content. The album is available on iTunes for their stagnated price of $.99 per song (which is rumoured to soon rise to $1.29 per song).
I am making individual tracks available for $0.88 per song whilst the album can be downloaded right here for $11.50, which works out at $0.77 per song.
Songs are processed at the same high-quality bit-rate as they are for iTunes & 30 second song-clips are available. I am pleased to inform you that the song-clips are edited by me & not at random by iTunes. They are also iPod compatible.
I do hope you find some pleasure in "Catharsis" as it was written during a rather unusal period of my life, even by my standards.
I will no longer be issuing releases via iTunes or the likes as I feel both artists and listeners aren't getting a fair deal.
As you know I have always attempted to keep my current personal life separate from my musical endeavors. Sometimes, however, this isn't possible. This is such an occasion.
I have retired, after 23 years, as a State Registered Nurse and am currently undergoing medical treatment for a recurring psychological condition. The condition is not, as some people may be quick to assume, alcohol related. Far from it. I have been 99% sober since 12.20pm, April 2007.
So.....I am now focussing 100% on my musical endeavors. This does not mean that I will be returning to the 'live' circuit which has been mistakenly reported since my first live performance in 5 years last month. Having said this, I cannot express my gratitude to well-wishers prior to the event & the feedback received post-event. My 30-minute bracket brought back a lot of fond memories however since the event I have very mixed emotions about performing live.
During my interstate trip I also had a series of promotional shots taken and edited by my Manager, Haych Storm©. You will note that some have been used on this site. More photographs can be viewed on the "Bob Findlay Music Page" on Facebook.
Two music video clips of the songs"Crooked" and "Dear Artist" were also shot during my visit and are easiest to locate right here on the "Videos" page. The videos are very diverse musically, visually and thematically. I hope that you enjoy them and please feel free to comment on them here.As you know, I try to keep my personal life entirely separate from my musical endeavors.
I was recently "Featured Artist" for a third time at noisehead.com. Insufficeint notice was given to appropriately promote this.
In conclusion I leave you with the aforementioned mixed emotions regarding my music as it has now become my sole form of income and the words 'music' and 'money' have never sat well with me but at this point I have no other option. I do, however, have a few ideas up my sleeve and I expect to be an announcement in the near future.
In the meantime, while you're here, have a look around the site as I continue to make this 'work in progress' become a low-time affair for me and an enjoyable experience for you. Please feel free to leave feedback in the "Guestbook" here.
I hope that this finds you & those close to you well & in good spirits.
